Who is this qualification for?
Essential Digital Skills are more important than ever. Since the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve experienced a world where face-to-face communication hasn’t been possible and therefore having a grasp on digital skills is vital to stay connected and work effectively.
This qualification is aimed to prepare learners for employment and/or support a role in the workplace through the development of their ICT/digital knowledge and skills.
How long will it take?
The total qualification time for this qualification is 70 hours and of this 30 hours is recommended as guided learning hours.

Distance Learning: Studying via distance learning means you can choose when and where you study. This course is delivered fully Online with online learning materials. You will need access to a computer and the Microsoft Office suite to complete the course.
