How does virtual learning work?

Our NEBOSH General Certificate live online course has all the benefits of traditional classroom training without the need to travel. Additionally, Learners join the course remotely, for example using a PC, laptop, or tablet. Also, this is done by click on the joining link of Microsoft Teams on your desktop to gain entry to the learning. Students can see and interact with the tutor and with the rest of the class throughout the course. Interactive learning materials such as PowerPoint slides and videos are all fully visible to learners during the live online class.

Live Online courses will run on scheduled dates just like a classroom course. Learners can also access our online resource center, visit the materials used in the online sessions and have a directed study.

How is the NEBOSH Certificate assessed?

There are two assessments for the NEBOSH National General Certificate:

1. NG1: An online Open-Book Exam (OBE)
2. NG2: A 3-hour practical risk assessment carried out in the workplace
