Course Overview:
This training provides you with the systematic understanding of effective energy management practices, how to conduct energy survey and priorities energy saving opportunities including the low cost or no cost opportunities as well as how to conduct the energy management system assessment.

Operations managers, Health and Safety managers and Facilities managers or anyone who has the interest to reduce the energy cost in their organizations
Course Outline:
- Introduction to Energy Management System, a systematic approach to achieve energy saving
- How to conduct a Walk-around energy survey, with practical tips on what to look for
- Identify key energy saving opportunities (heating, lighting and equipment, etc.)
- Achieve energy saving through high probability and high impact (low cost) measures, e.g. behavioural change
