Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Manufacturing (RQF)
Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is designed for people who work, or intend to work in the food or drink production. In addition to the fundamentals of food safety, candidates will gain an appreciation of the specific types of hazards, controls and monitoring associated with food manufacturing.
Date and time
This course runs 9:00 am – 4:30 pm on various dates over the year.

The role the food handler in keeping food safe
A multiple-choice examination or workbook. The examination will take a maximum of 1 hour to complete. Successful learners must answer at least 20 out of 30 questions correctly.
