Who is this qualification for?
Highfield Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering (RQF) is aimed at supervisors, team leaders and managers within the catering and hospitality industry to effectively manage food safety and comply with food safety legislation.
This qualification sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The RQF includes those qualifications regulated by Ofqual and CCEA Regulation. Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive a nationally recognised certificate awarded by Highfield Qualifications.
